(AP) -- Paris Hilton was doing well after spending her first night of her probation sentence in solitary confinement at a Los Angeles County jail, her lawyer said Monday. June 5, 2007, 2:38 a.m."She's using this time to reflect on her life, to see what she can do to make the world better and hopefully, in my opinion, to change the attitudes that exist about her among many people," attorney Richard A. Hutton told reporters after visiting Hilton.
What a croc! If she was so worried about her life, she wouldnt have been living it up this past weekend, by gettin' drunk at her usual nightspots.
geez, her atty. would say anything, just to stay on the Hilton payroll.

June 5, 2007, 9:49 a.m.I'm sorry, but I really don't care about Paris Hilton at all I also think it is a shame that the media is making such a big deal about her being in jail she is nothing special and should do her time just like everyone else who gets a sentence of this type. We need to stop catering to all celebrities.

June 5, 2007, 9:58 a.m.I like when his lawyer was whining about Paris being in 23 hour lock down all because of a traffic ticket.
LMAO!!! She's in 23 hour lock down so she doesn't have to mingle with those who would surely whip her narrow a$$.

June 5, 2007, 1:25 p.m.I feel sick at her making a photo op. of the signing-in picture. YUK! Personally I wish this *(&^&) woman would go AWAY. I expect this experience, (closeted in a private cell to make sure she doesn't get roughed up by inmates with much less advantage) will not make any difference to her spoiled brat mentality.
I hope the fuzz stay close to her and that next time she gets shoved away for a long time. Stay tuned!
Poor baby, fancy having to risk removal of her hair extensions....horrors!

June 5, 2007, 5:26 p.m."Hutton said. "She is really being punished because of her celebrity."
What bull noogies!
That 2-bit ambulance chaser! Y'know? I wouldn't believe her attourney if he swore he was lying!
Paris abused her 'celebrity' status to flout the law with utter arrogance, and disregard for anybody else. That's why she's doing the time. The selfish bee-atch!

June 5, 2007, 9:22 p.m.I bet she makes millions off this. That spoiled rotten little ******. She and all rich brats like her should suffer far greater punishments than that. Try living paycheck to paycheck for a while, or worse. what a ****** bitch.

June 5, 2007, 11 p.m.I can't wait until the next time my niece (who's doing 30 days for possessing two joints) calls me collect from the jail. I get to tell her, "You'll never guess what you have in common with Paris Hilton!"
Yeah, spending one night and part of a day in a room by yourself will change someone from being the kind of person who would humiliate overweight kids at a fat farm to the kind of person who is only thinking about "how to make the world a better place". We'll see how long that lasts.
And I know they said they would be extra careful about making sure the staff doesn't smuggle in any cameras or cell phones into the jail, but anyone wanna bet how long it is until there are pay-per-views photos of Paris in the slammer on the internet?
