          Refreshing look at the future of corporate America. Let's hope it happens sooner than later. I had always worked in an environment that was arrogant, cut throat and always stole the good ideas from the worker's and rewarded the managemnt types (who stole the ideas) for their brillant planning and foresight. Hopefully this is a move in the direction of reversing that trend.
