June 7, 2007, 10:32 a.m.Another insightful article submitted by malaika111!
I'm a personal trainer. but, I cannot explain my sudden weight gain. (it is actually minor, but, I am very conscious of it.)
funny thing though, It took me months to recover from mold infestation while in Mexico. (I'm home now) but, somehow, i think this was the reason for my weight gain. I have almost gotten back to my normal BMI of "19"

June 7, 2007, 10:56 a.m.Malaika111, good article I happen to be an over weight pear. I will definitely have to work harder on getting my weight under control. At my age and weight I am very fortunate that I have no real health problems thus far.

***THE BMI INDICATOR IS COMPLETELY FALSE****
Im an athlete. I train 6 days a week. I have a confirmed Body Fat Percentage of below 10% and solid muscle (national average for guys my age is 14-18%.....healthy for average male is 11-14%)
This BMI has indicated i am OBESE lol
Even though it does indicate this in the article, it makes me wonder....
best bet. Find where you can get an accurate Body Fat Percentage measurment
