The conscious effort of Singapore's development to balance the convenient city life and environment-friendly setup is apparent in overall landscape of housing projects. One scenario in particular has the most urban stretch of settlements opposite trendy restaurants — while the Singapore River is visible from the windows. Families wanting to settle in Singapore's "balanced" set-up can choose among black and white bungalows with such luxurious environment while being near the school or market centers.
