Senate Begins Real Push on Habeas Corpus »
Posted by: populist 2 years, 5 months agoToday's vote means the habeas bill can now be brought to the Senate floor at any time. One source with knowledge of the legislative plan said Majority Leader Harry Reid has committed to bringing the bill to a vote within the month.

June 7, 2007, 9:55 p.m.Senators voting nay: all the Republicans other than Arlen Specter. (Hatch, Grassley, Kyl, Sessions, Graham, Cornyn, Brownback, Coburn).
One thing particularly of note is that one of the nay voters, Sam Brownback, is a Republican running for President.
It's pretty clear after this vote that these men are enemies of the Constitution.
They are all now quite guilty of treason.
