This morning on ABC's blog The Blotter, Justin Rood wrote: "An Ohio man says he has located Osama bin Laden in the United States and wants to claim the U.S. government's $25 million reward.

I already had my laugh for the day reading through some political threads, but like jello, there's always room for more.
Why is the bounty only 25 million for Bin Laden? This administration spends more than that no-bid contracts that produce no results, so what does this say as to the seriousness of the BL offer?
