  I guess the government in Russia is as paraniod as the government in the U.S., and as always at the expense of ordinary people.

  I guess when your country has been invaded and crushed as often as Russia has, it breeds a pretty high level of paranoia in the minds of the citizens.

  If you go to PNAC's website and download the .PDF document: "Rebuilding America's Defenses" September 2000.

  Go to page 60: the end of the second paragraph on the right side states:

  "And advanced forms of biological warfare

  that can "target" specific genotypes may

  transform biological warfare from the realm

  of terror to a politically useful tool."

  A glance at the signatories will explain where the paranoia comes from.

  What, is a weapon to remove the alcohol from Vodka?

  Or is it a weapon that gives women the rights commonly found in the west?

  Or better yet, it's a diabolical weapon that makes Russian men not be drunken wife-beaters! That would ruin their society! Think of the consequences!
