Send your planes and troops to help us in our illegal occupation and oppression..... Or else we will activate our "fifth column" in the USA"
Send Americans to do their dirty work?
Seems like a new "Blood UNlibel" beginning to shape up.

June 11, 2007, 9 a.m.I noticed the same thing. Of course, Israel's opponents regard ALL of Israel as "illegally occupied Palestinian territory," but there is some historical justification for calling the Negev just that. In the original (1947) UN partition plan, the Negev was allocated to the Arabs, not the Jews.

June 11, 2007, 12:22 p.m.Military exercise with Israel. What's next? Maybe a military exercise with Iran or how about Al Quida?
When will we ever learn. Look what happened when we supported Saddam Hussein against Iran. Or before that when we supported Osama Bin Laden because he was fighting the USSR.
Israel is just as dangerous as the other countries in the area. We need to stop giving away military support that eventually gets used against us.

1) There is no author here, only initials.
2) There is no city of posting or news agency claimed.
3) The Isrealis are called "Zionists."
4) There are a lot of details lacking, like "What kind of exercise?" and "What kind of forces are involved?" and "What is the purpose?"
5) Except for extremely small scale stuff, the US never does any kind of joint exercises with Israel exactly to prevent this kind of story.
This story is pure propaganda. Ignore it. Even if there is a kernal of truth here, the context has been so distorted by the "agi-prop" writers that this is nothing but an exercise in making people (especially Arabs) mad for no good reason.

June 11, 2007, 5:28 p.m.What everybody seems to either forget, be unaware of, or just plain doesn't want to admit is that Israel was attacked by arab nations 3 times up to and including the 1967 war. They were terrorized by the PLO starting in 1963. All of this occurred before a single Israeli soldier put a single boot on the West Bank or Gaza strip. This isn't a dispute about territory, and never was. What is happening in the Middle East today and for the last 1400 years is strictly a war of religion. It doesn't stop at Israel's borders. The arabs never gave a cent to the Palestinians when they were living in squalor under Jordan and Egypt. They could care less today about whether there is really a second Palestinian state in the West bank and Gaza (Jordan is the first Palestinian state). Israel gave Gaza to the Palestinian authority and got rockets and suicide bombers back instead of peace.

June 11, 2007, 5:34 p.m.No matter what Israel does, it will never be enough because it's ok to have Jordan sitting on 2/3 of Palestine because they are Moslem and it isn't ok for Israel to be there because they are not Moslem. The interesting part is that Iran was covertly an ally of Israel before the 1979 revolution. If anybody goes after Iran, it will be because they pose a threat to everybody in the region, not just Israel. An Iran with influence over Iraq would be unacceptable to most Arab states as well. Israel is not the problem in the Middle East. 1400 years of Islam is and will continue to be.

We went to war against Iraq for far less.
Since when are we the only country entitled to hit them before they hit us?
Seems like Iran should Fight america in Iraq so they dont have to fight them in Terhan?

June 11, 2007, 7:45 p.m.el4sail, how is it that you aren't throwing a tirade about Jordan taking up 2/3 of the Palestinian land and denying the Palestinians of the majority of their homeland? Jordan was created by the British in 1922, and King Abdullah wasn't even Palestinian. I guess you just confirm my statement above that this has nothing to do with territory. Jordanians are Muslim and Israelis are not. Get off your soap box for the poor Palestinians. The Muslim world could care less about them. And you're just another hypocrite.

Upon the creation of the State of Israel, the Soviets supported Israel even more strongly than America and its allies did. No when warpons to support tthe tiny state was forthcoming from Ameica, most of the arms it used was from purchase from the Czechs. Great Britain gave heavy weapons and tanks to the Jordanians. But Israel CHOSE America as its ally and the support of the arabs by the soviets helped bankrupt them.
Look at the Sudan, the christian africans are being massacred by the arab population with a blind eye by the arab league. The latest proclomation by the bin Laden arabs is for an all out war against...the Shiites. (Kill them where ever yu find them).
Support for the the billion muslims over a hand full of jews make sense only if you are a hate monger.

What they are doing to the palesitnian segment of Mankind is atrocious.
One "Awe Shoot" erases a thousand "atta boys".
It will be a pity that such smare people decided on such a dumb location, It will ikely be their own scientific contribution to WMD technology in the hands of terrorists which erases them from the land they stole.
