June 12, 2007, 5:13 p.m.Eating horse is illegal in the United Sates, and what's more is the slaughter process is very horrific, enough that both Texas plants are all but shut down and congress is being flooded with bills to end it with the last remaining US plant (run by Belgians that barely pay taxes, nonetheless). I doubt the duck thing is any better. How dare you! Do your research before you mention something quite like that!
