June 12, 2007, 5:08 p.m.Unjustified special treatment? You mean being sent back to prison?
The usual treatment for non-violent offenders in this circumstance (due to the usual overcrowding of jails) is to let them serve 10% of their sentence in jail (3 days for Paris) then release them to serve the remainder of their sentence at home with an anklet.
So unfortunately for her, the "special treatment" she received was being forced back into the prison system instead of being able to serve out her sentence at home like most people charged similarly would have been able to do.
In addition, I think that her voiced fear of guards taking pictures of her using the bathroom/showering/&c is a very valid fear, having known some prison guards.

June 12, 2007, 5:52 p.m.AMEN to Wolf for NOT uttering whose name? Who is she? What has she ever done to have any notoriety? Is she a "tried and true" movie star? Not a "one-hit-wonder?" Is she a "GOOD" singer?
Entertainer of some sort? Who is she?
Oh!?!?! A poor little rich, spoiled rotten, immature, 'silver spoon in her mouth' "never did nothin" brat? Who cares?
Not me, and NOT millions world-wide who are sick and "pukey" tired of hearing and reading about 'little miss nobody.'
Whoever she is, she deserves no special treatment from anyone, any more than I do, and do her time, learn from it, and go do some meditation in Tibet.
