Now really, shouldn't Innocent Children deserve to have a Normal Mother and Father????
All the other combinations of confusion is nothing more than a bunch of BS....
Two males cannot bare a child, two females cannot bare a child, this is a Fact...
Rosi odonnal is married to a female, now really, is that considered to be NORMAL????
Money can buy almost anything, but really, should that be the criteria to destroy little lives????
How Sad....

June 11, 2007, 7:55 p.m.Wow, Hobe, you are as ignorant and disgraceful as the intolerant mook Savage. Who are you to say what is abuse? Who are you to criticize perfectly good gay parents? Who are you to criticize Rosie O'Donnell? I am loathe to say that straight parents are the best possible combination. So many straight parents have made a mess of parenting and marriage, that perhaps gay and lesbian couples can do it better! Who are you to judge?

dav.. You really need to read the article and try to understand the Topic and Facts. Calling Netscape users names is rather crude, unrefined and seldom taken seriously...
Arguing against Facts makes You look rather Foolish.
If one does not understand that two Males cannot bare a child, and two Females cannot bare a child,
well then, one may proceed with one's hidden agenda.
Rosi, well now, if one considers her situation married to a woman Normal, nothing further to be said??

June 11, 2007, 10:11 p.m.On the contrary, I do consider it to be quite normal. Just because two people are incapable of producing children, does not mean that they cannot be wed. If that were the case, then the elderly and the sterile should be barred from marriage.
In Massachusetts, the law is on my side. In other civilized nations, again, the law is on my side. It is not child abuse to have gay parents. What is abusive is the tone and attitude you ignorantly portray.
On this issue, we will always disagree.

June 12, 2007, 8:09 a.m.Although Savage foams at the mouth too much to be taken seriously, neither can we put any trust in Romney's slick "positions". He has a tendency to take positions based on the positions of his audience.

June 12, 2007, 9:34 a.m.It's sad for this country that there are 8 million people each week listening to Savage's radio show. But thankfully that is less than 3% of the total US population. There are always going to be vile idiots like Savage, who spew their hatred in hopes of attracting like-minded fools and make money doing it. The best thing to do is to marginalize him and his followers so they have as little impact on society as possible. Don't listen to him and contact the station in your area that carries his show and voice your opinions about him and his program.

June 12, 2007, 9:39 a.m.A child needs a loving, and concerned parents that put the needs of the child over their own. Be that a gay couple, grandparents, single parents, or hetero parents it doesn't matter. Too many parents are more concerned with how big their house is and how much their car costs to take the time to properly raise their children.

June 12, 2007, 9:59 a.m.If children are raised by loving people, they have a better chance of growing up as loving people. These kids of same sex relationships, are not in the bedroom watching. They are also not subjected to the hate preaching of people like savage. Hate mongers and critisizing people cause more harm and abuse than people who love.

June 12, 2007, 12:03 p.m.mamason, Excellent Post.....
I kinda think some users try too hard to defend what they are??
No Need for that, we are what we are and should be proud of it.
Sometimes Dr. Savage tends to live in a different time zone?
This is by his own admission....

June 25, 2007, 12:29 p.m.I worked with kids during the Bill and Hillary "It takes a village". With the Aids out of control in Africa, perhaps that isn't a region we should listen to.
It doesn't take a village, it takes a mom and dad. While crude, Savage is right on the parenting. Never thought I'd claim he's correct about anything....
