June 12, 2007, 7:24 p.m."Guy Stevens, chief operating officer at the Center, emphasized: "The use of nuclear weapons in any circumstance is abhorrent and the offensive use of any nuclear weapon is morally indefensible. Even the smallest nuclear weapon would cause extensive civilian casualties and the effects on the environment would be catastrophic."
Yeah, ain't this lovely. These idiots don't seem to understand that using a nuclear weapon without a damn good reason on a non-nuclear state would invite severe consequences to the US, which could include a retaliatory strike on the US or our interests.

July 27, 2007, 2:46 a.m.What a crock. NONE of them said that they would do so, just that they wouldn't take any options off the table.
Even Leonor Tomero, director of nuclear non-proliferation at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, stated: "For a U.S. president to threaten to use a nuclear weapon under any circumstance other than to stop an imminent threat of a greater loss of life is morally wrong and would gravely endanger our national security by encouraging nuclear proliferation." Nothing in the answers necessarily went beyond this. Just another leftist "make up news" story.
