Why is Michigan Democrat Brenda Clack holding HB 4564 hostage in her committee? Does she side with the rich law lobby and certain radical groups or does she side with children and families?

    I wish that there had been a link to the actual bill. I have 2 wonderful boys that I wasn't allowed to see for 10 years, not related to being a fit parent. My ex moved, and just recently moved back to the area. I see them every Sunday, but is that really enough for me to properly guide them? I wish that Pennsylvania had something like this proposed bill in Michigan.
