July 2, 2007, 8:36 a.m.My hope is that this sad group of events will reunite the nations of the world in dealing with terrorism. The theocracies of the middle east revel in this and it only serves to clarify the radical Muslim agenda. Wipe out infidels.

July 2, 2007, 11:34 a.m.We will not yield, we will not be intimidated and we will not allow anyone to undermine our British way of life. Good for them! This operation seems to be netting some good results early on in the investigation. Why can't we seem to do that, that fast?

July 2, 2007, 12:12 p.m.This just goes to show you that you can't really profile a terrorist. They come from all types of backgrounds.

July 2, 2007, 2:26 p.m."PM Gordon Brown: "We will not yield, we will not be intimidated and we will not allow anyone to undermine our British way of life," he said in a televised interview."
PM Gordon Brown continues:" But we will send our troops to Iran next..to get a hold of the "bomb" in the hands of Ahmadinejad which he has not used yet..but is "dying" to use so he can meet up with 35, 46, 78 (lucky 7/11 lottery #'s) virgins. And while our troops are in Iran fighting the terrorists..oops I mean snatching the "bomb" away from Ahmadinejad and killing civilians in the process..we will permit people from the entire Middle East to migrate to the UK so they can watch the war in Iran unfold in the UK (on TV, BBC International news) instead of "live".
PM Gordon Brown I am so impressed at your determination..to do excatly what I am not sure off.

July 2, 2007, 2:40 p.m.Makes me wonder how anyone with the intelligence to go to medical school will still buy into the Jihad mentality.
You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy i guess.

July 3, 2007, 3:33 a.m.Sometimes the terrorist handlers use drugs and hypnotism to train bombers. Drugs were found in blood of Beslan, Russia terrorists. Audio effects to stimulate hypothalmus were found in al Qaeda bases in Afghanistan. Others, like Hamas, use elaborate rituals, a simulated burial, etc. To convince the bomber that he or she is already dead, the world is an illusion. Who knows, the guys may have been dupes.
The question is, where and who is the handler?
