Re: This link gives the biggest arguments for disbelieving the government 9/11 story.
I guess its good to keep sending out articles on 911 and showing them here at netscape.
It keeps ones mind sharp; it desensitizes you and makes sure that one will never forget what took place on that day.
Within the past year or so, all the good interesting articles posted here, that had to do with 911 and osama bin laden and the US govt.'s alleged coverup and involvement, were conveniently closed and/or banned from viewing for violating some kind of 'terms of use policy' and the numerous people that posted these articles on netscape, were quietly removed and/or banned from posting on here ever again.
From what we gather, we don't know whats so frightful and damaging about showing people over and over again, these true events that changed the world. Its even more alarming that people will believe one govt. report and discredit all the other rumors and/or facts on this, to date.

1) AWOL Chain of Command
. It is well documented that the officials topping the chain of command for response to a domestic attack - George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Myers, Montague Winfield - all found reason to do something else during the actual attacks, other than assuming their duties as decision-makers.
The chain of command is also the line of succession, Prez, VP, Speaker of the House (Today that would be Nancy P.)
. Who was actually in charge? Dick Cheney, Richard Clarke.
Dick Cheney is VP and was there. The Awol charge is false, according to the one making that claim.

Looked at both. You are blind. Did WTC7 just fall on its own from fire. If that happened it would not come down in one fell swoop but in sections. Since there are video cameras about every 6 feet on the pentagon, why is it the government never released the frontal view. It is because they have something to hide!

I looked at all the videos. The wings on a 757 would have been spread in large sections as well as small chunks. The engine which is used by 757's is 6' in diameter, 12' long and weighs 9 tons. The engine in the picture does not show this. Where is the fuselage? Where is the tail section? They did not all disintegrate! Buildings do not fall at the natural acceleration of gravity without help at every level as there would be resistance at each drop. There was no toppling since when things are hit they do not necessarily fall straight down. The only way for an exact straight drop is through demolition.

Of coures they did disentegrate. Look at the you tube video of a plane hitting a concrete wall, whats left of the plane! In fact there were are numerous pictures of the debris.
But twoofers like good little cultists ignore that information.
As for each level falling, again you are wrong, the building collapsed naturally, each floor was designed to sustain the weight of the floor above it.
And as for no toppling, please explain the extensive damage to surrounding buildings?

A Russian airliner crashed as it came in to land at Irkutsk airport in Siberia, killing at least 122 crew and passengers.
Woops... planes trying to land...
They do not go 500 mph.

Either I'm an idiot or you don't know your physics. Acceleration is not the same as velocity. There is no such thing as anything accelerating at X mph. The idea of a passenger plane accelerating at 400-500 (m)/(h^2) would be amazing.
There is no way straws can go through a common light pole in a hurricane. The only way that is possible for a straw to punch holes in a light pole during a hurricane is if you ignored density, and any opposing forces.
You also cannot calculate all those floors together simply as 4500 tons x 10. The amount of force is still great.
Not that I agree that 9/11 was an inside job.

someone stated there should be an independent investigation into 911 and that person may be correct. but, first you have to find that someone that wants the REAL TRUTH and i do not believe that's possible in today's america, due to all the greed! as always in the past, allow 30-60 year's and the truth will start trickleing out, because IF there was a cover up all the responsible A**holes will be dead and no one will care. (discovered from past experiences)

Eek! This torrent29 kid sure is ignorant! Look guys, he tries to say the truth movement ignores facts, yet he ignores ALL evidence that is NOT disputed that refute the official story.
Look at his comment here:

Yet, he provides no evidence to support this argument. If he's citing the NIST report, they wrote down what they thought was most PROBABLE! They had no definitive evidence that explosive charges didn't bring down the towers because it could very probably be the cause.
torrent29 is the kind of child who believes everything he hears on the news. He believes nothing has substance and everything on the surface is exactly the way it seems. Basically, this kid has never read a history book or done any independent research. It's depressing really that this kind of ignorance still exists in the world.

Also, just thought I'd point this out.. I've been fairly regular at Netscape for a while now and the only time I see this torrent29 child post is when there's a story posted about 9/11. Apparently he's lurking the site, hitting refresh just waiting for that 9/11 story to show up so he can make himself feel great by making fun of the 9/11 truth movement by replacing the word "truth" with "twoof" (wow, good one kid!)
Maybe if he spent less time lurking this site waiting for his next big chance to show he ignores all facts except those that support his point of view and more time doing independent research he might gain a more balanced/logical point of view. We can only hope..

As others have pointed out I am active in other threads as well, but lets say that 911 twoof is an amusing hobby of mine. Conspiracy theories often draw my attention, I find most of them to be false, but I am often fascinated by the type of people that they attract.
What amuses me most is how certain these sorts are that they are on to something.
They rarely question who is telling them what to think but they are so insistent that their complex, illogical theory is the truth, that they embrace it whole heartedly. Anyone who disagrees with them, they simply scoff at, 'shill' 'agent' or in your case 'child'.

Actually, people with half a brain will realize that the EVIDENCE is overwhelming that the towers and WTC 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. Actually, no Jones found that sulphur, he did not find thermite, or thermate. As he did not find Barium Nitrate a key component in both.

Yes I think that works, zero evidence, that demolitions were used. Only to a twoofer though. Essentially, what Jones needs to use to prove that there was thermite involved, (thermite cuts downwards by the way, not at a 45 degree angle)

Why from a woman who was guided by divine providence to preserve him some dust in a plastic bag from his apartment.

Was Flight 93 shot down, as indicated by the scattering of debris over a trail of several miles?"
Easily explained....
Seismic waves take time to travel, this is how they detemine the point of an earthquake. You measure the time between initial tremors and then the aftershock. Seismic waves are NOT instant. Depending on where the waves were recieved it could have easily been a three minute difference. Hence the 3 minute delay in the seismic time.
Stop looking for minute reasons why this was a government conspiracy. If it were a government conspiracy as you all seem to want it to be, there would not be so many questions.

Please explain how an airplane can fall at a perfect vertical angle from the sky leaving almost no wreckage behind?

I see why engineer is unemployed during the Bush economic recovery (4.5% unemployment). If he is as loosey at other analyse as he is with the Russian airliner I wouldn't want him working on any engineering project. He has no knowledge of landing an aircraft, a jet would be maybe 165 knots on approach, it flares out with full flaps and after it is on the runway it reverses thrusters. I've seen a movie of an F4 Phantom jet hiting a reinforced concrete (nuclear reactor shell) at 500 mph...it vaporized...nothing left, nada, wings, engines, wheels, landing gear, nada, nothing.
These wacko's look for any cause...Global Warming, shooter on the knoll, inside job 9/11. They don't have lives, they live on the one eyed tube that links their crackpot theories around the world. God, get a real life.

There is SOME kind of non-conspiracy explanation for every doubtful question that comes up....EXCEPT: If it is TRUE that several officials got phone calls advising them NOT to fly on 9/11, how can you POSSIBLY explain that away other than foreknowledge. Has anyone demonstrated that the reports of those calls are ALL false? Everything else aside, really, if even ONE of those calls were made, it is conclusive: someone, or several someones, fairly high up in the government knew this was about to happen and did nothing. Except WARN a couple of people. And to hell with everyone else.

YES! Thank you joe, this fact is so easily over-looked but is such a crucial smoking gun. There have been dozens of people who have come out saying they received a phone call to either not fly to New York on Sep 11th or stay away from New York all together on that day.
Let me guess, the official story on that one is Osama Bin Laden was on his blackberry calling everyone in the US that he liked from his cave? Give me a break!

Actually, no what the mayor of San Francisco got was a call that he reports was not at all suspicious.
In fact, why would anyone bother calling him to warn him since... well he lived on the East Coast, where there would be no attacks, and his plane was not scheduled to leave for considerably long time afterwards.
In fact Willie Brown said that he normally receives calls like this from 'his people' who tell him whether or not there would be problems with his flight.
