McNerney draws fire from backers of medicinal pot »

The proposal, which advocates have introduced for several years, would have barred the Drug Enforcement Administration from stopping the medicinal use of marijuana in the 12 states including California where voters or the legislature have moved to legalize such pot use.

    This pretty much clarifies the problem...again.

    Republicans are closed minded,unc... a$$ holes who don't even make an attempt at finding the facts.

    The democrats are doing what they do best...chickening out.

    There are two candidates for president,one from each party,who support this bill

    Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich.
