We no longer live in a democracy but in a dictatorship whose direct cause was 9/11 which was deliberately done by the present administration. www.seeloosechange.com www.mime11.com

This just does not seem like the US AG's call or job, it seems more like a Judge's job. This is scarey!

      Thanks Mark!

Most of Congress never even read the Patriot Act, either time it was before them, so it really doesn't surprise me that it gives the DoJ that power ...

How could people let this happen? Congress should be held accountable for allowing this obvious grab of power and all of the other obvious grabs at power that the Bush camp has asserted.

          Shame on all politicians!

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages (substitute 'terrorists') whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

Where have you been all of these years as the Feds took more and more control?
