Posted by: dan-and-jennifer 2 years, 3 months ago

Many men find themselves frustrated with dating and understanding women... This is compounded if he doesn't want to have children because many men assume that ALL women want to have children. It even seems that many women use the topic of 'kids' in the early stages of the relationship to test how serious a man is about their relationship.

I think all women are just hard wired to have kids. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way around that.

Well like Dan I don't understand women, and by the time I do. I'm not interested anymore.

Counter-intuitively, in my faith basis, it is the male partner who is required to have children (at least one girl and one boy child)! Of course he has to do so with a willing female partner that he treats with love& respect and provides emotional and physical security that SHE will be willing to help him meet HIS faith basis obligations.

My husband and I have five kids, by the way :-)

There are women who don't want children and some who can't have children- and don't want them anyway. I didn't even mention the women who have children and don't deserve them.

We should have a national parent's license that requires people to pass a test before they can parent a child.

ALL women want to have kids - absolutely not true! I never wanted to have kids (and I don't), did not play with dolls, and I'm much more attracted to puppies and kittens than babies. I love my goddaughter and my nephews, just never had the physical/psychological need to have my own child. I know at least 4 women between the ages of 25 and 45 who do not want to have kids. They don't necessarily advertise it, because the expectations are, obviously, that they should. Is there "something wrong" with us? Don't think so, Earth is overpopulated anyway...

I am 36, I have a son, and seeing what a messed up world we are bringing our kids into, I know I shouldn't of had kids. Yes I have him now, and am proud of him, but I would never have had kids if I knew now, what I didn't know then.

I get a kick out of reading these. Men trying to understand women. What a joke. Guys, why are you wasting your time and sanity trying to understand her? I've been married for 37 years. (to the same woman) I know how she will react to different situations. That doesn't mean I understand that reaction. Relax, enjoy the relationship and grow together. Don't have kids the first year you're married. After the first year both will know whether children are an option or not. Guys, be prepared to compromise cause that's what life together is all about.

I think it depend on individual and it's also natural for women to have kids, but the day WOMEN will decide not to have kids; THE END OF HUMANS???

so guys better treat them right.

I never want kids. My fiance and I were talking about it yesterday and he said, "If your husband wants a child, you wouldn't have a child for me?" And I am like, "If your wife doesn't want a child you are going to make her have one?". It is so easy for men to want kids, when they don't go through any of the pain or stress!!! Aren't there enough people alive today and kids without homes? Just my opinion.
