    very interesting info. IMO, studies conducted that are released for public reading re: recent study at the University of Bordeaux, France, - should also include info as to the size of the subjects include in the study and what were they tested against.

      As a parent, I know just how important sleep is for kids, and I am always amazed when I see how little sleep some kids get. Not healthy for the sanity of the parents, either!!
