Officials: Bush to announce "conditional" troop cut »

President Bush will tell the nation this week he plans to reduce the American troop presence in Iraq by about 30,000 by next summer, but will condition those and further cuts on continued progress, The Associated Press has learned.

    A conditional withdrawal worded like this would mean no withdrawal, unless things really change.

        He can withdraw all of them without any condition because he won the war a long time ago and now it time he saves the tax payers' money.

          On the "condition" that he can pass off this debacle to someone else to clean up. He has all about given up on winning HIS war and is just playing a waiting game with the lives of our troops.
