Oct. 11, 2007, 5:04 p.m.Yeah, I'm Jewish and I need to be perfected. The last time people tried to perfect the Jews, they sent them to the gas chamber; what's next?...

Oct. 11, 2007, 5:11 p.m.WOW! Ann Coulter HUGE foot in mouth! The one thing about her that is consistent is that she will never ever admit that she is wrong!

Oct. 11, 2007, 5:19 p.m.Ignore her and she will stop. She will keep begging for attention until people stop giving it to her.

Oct. 11, 2007, 5:24 p.m.If Anne Coulter shaved her head, she would be a *perfect* neo-nazi.

Oct. 11, 2007, 5:34 p.m.Maybe now the conservatives will start to admit that she is one of the most evil, vile people who has ever spoken.

Oct. 11, 2007, 5:34 p.m.Well, upon reading the transcript it's not quite as disgusting as I thought it would be at first.
What she's TRYING to say is that Christians are the Jews, perfected by the love and sacrifice of Christ. Now, that's not what she said, but that's what she's trying to get out.
However, she's wrong according to most of the Christians I know. She says that Jews go to heaven and that's not so. Jews, who do not believe that Jesus is their Messiah and savior, go straight to Hell with the rest of us.
It doesn't matter, her point is lost in the noise. And I still despise her.

Oct. 11, 2007, 6:21 p.m.So to recap...
Billo hates black people.
Rush hates the troops.
Coulter hates the Jews.
It's your move, Hannity!

Oct. 11, 2007, 6:42 p.m.Ann Coulter says that America would be better off if everybody were a Christian. Hmmmm...not sure about that. However,America would be better off if Ann Coulter were muzzled. Can we get an AMEN on that?

Oct. 11, 2007, 7:18 p.m.Fewer people are interested in her vile rants. And the fewer who are interested, the more shrill and obnoxious (s)he becomes.
Oh, (s)he may sell enough copies to the nutcase followers who have always bought the tripe that (s)he has to sell. And those sales, along with more than a few who are buying it because they simply cannot look away from a train wreck, may be enough to get her on the New York Times best sellers list for a few weeks, but - at the end of the day - most people view her as a mean and hateful b*tch.
Karma's gonna get her....you watch!

Oct. 11, 2007, 7:22 p.m.Well, I like to be a Christian if I can understand what she really mean. If she can explain how God can be man and man can be God at the same time, how to perform possible and impossible at the same time, and also if she can explain whether God used to be a man and became God or man used to be God and became man and finally what happened to God when he was put on the cross, who really died on the cross was it man or God or both?

Oct. 11, 2007, 7:21 p.m.She is what she is and she evidently she will only get worse.
She will say just about anything to get attention.

Oct. 11, 2007, 8:01 p.m.deathray----"What sort of "improvement" do you have in mind?
Conversion to Christianity, perhaps?"
No, I wasn't implying that at all. I'm not sure how much of a Christian I am myself these days thanks to abuses by the Catholic Church, by televangelists, and by the Christian right. I meant that to be a light comment, and was implying nothing. I apologize if you took it as more than the playful jab that I intended. You know that I, and a ton of others from the left and the right on here, have a very high regard for you.

Oct. 11, 2007, 8:09 p.m.I have a hard time believing Ann Coulter has the ability to shock anyone. She is so full of vile and venom that if she wrote a book explaining the culinary delights of eating ******, I would just figure she would be the one to know.

Oct. 11, 2007, 8:43 p.m.In my eyes I see this person as a poor pathetic misguided soul that needs some prozac to control the really dumb things she thinks, says and does.

Oct. 11, 2007, 9:01 p.m.This is beyond belief. I am not sure what I am (technically Muslim). I guess I can call myself perfected christian since Islam is just a continuation of Judaism and Christianity.
But, it is just outrageous to say that to people. I don't care what she believes, but she should not say things like that. We are Americans first, Muslim, christian or Jew second.
This just shows what the right wing is really like. Now they pretend to be Israel lovers, but they are still just full of hate.
This makes me very sad. This is the greatest country in the world and we still have these ideot racist, extremists among us. The country was so much better when Bill was running the show. I really hope Bill and Hillary gets the white house back.

Oct. 11, 2007, 9:11 p.m.The mere assertion that America would be a better place if everyone were Christian is enough to realize that this woman is preaching hate.Surely her "perfected Jews" comment is what hits the News Flash but the larger context of her hate speech is her belief that Christians and Only Christians should inhabit the US.
What is the implication of her "Christians only" statement, perhaps that Muslims,Budhists, atheist and all non christians in the US should be deported, exterminated, imprisioned?
The jewish statement is in itself troubling but her over all neotheofacist-christian comment is even more appaling.

Oct. 11, 2007, 6:58 p.m.Indeed. But then ask a young virgin boy with his still beating heart carved from his chest how good the Aztecs are. We're just a bizarre and violent species in general, I think. Dawkins as usual is onto a compelling premise: No matter what variety it comes in, deistic human thinking is intimately conjoined with demonic human behavior. No getting around it.
