Posted by: igorvolsky 2 years, 1 month ago

The U.S. military believes it has dealt "devastating blows to al-Qaeda in Iraq." But the military has long overestimated the size of al-Qaeda in Iraq. But even by the administratin's own stadard (if we assume that Iraq is the central front in the struggle against Al Qaeda), the Iraq war has failed to reduce the Al Qaeda threat.

Just can't give up that conspiracy theory nonsense can you? The President of the United States has spoken! (and he is the decider) There weren't any WMD found that could be used. That's from the the President. Yet you still claim day after day after day that he lied to the American public and WMD really existed. I find that seriously thinking on the fringe of sanity.

Come on Dave, if al-Qaida really has access to this stuff, how come they've never used it? What are they saving it for?

Maybe MS-NBC didnt make the claim up but since when are they chemical warfare experts. BullSh!t!

It IS interesting how the death rate has fallen so much. We've been lied to many times before, but, that fall in death is pretty impressive.

Yes now it seems the stupid nazi liberals are admitting Al Qaeda DOES EXIST in Iraq. But typically just won't now admit that Al Qaeda has been defeated. Who cares? No Conservative wants or cares about what U believe. It doesn't change the fact that is has happened. It's fine w/me if U liberals continue on your one way trip to the loony bin.

More tired old propaganda. Support the war, It's working!, No! Wait a minute, be very afraid! We are struggling for our very existence in the Battle of the Century!

No, wait a minute . . ., the stock market's up so go borrow and spend. Everything is wonderful!

Your ration of Victory Vodka will be increased. Drink and be merry!

A difficult situation for the Administration. AQI must be kept strong enough for Bush to use as justification for the U.S. presence in Iraq, but there should also be some progress toward "winning".

Thus, the small band of AQI thugs is able to keep on ticking after over four years of being targeted by the worlds best army.

Obviously being anti-terrorist, like the "war on drugs" simply does not work at all. If you want peace and harmony, then you have to spread that. We started out with a war in Iraq and Afghanistan in 2002, and all that has happened is that we have spread war, death, despair, destruction--all the things we thought anti-terrorism would never bring, but now it has.

The only way to attain peace is to bring it to an area and live it there. We can spend $700 billion on war but $0 on peace and love--how is that? Do we then form what we have envisioned? Has it truly helped anyone.

For a great book on peace and love that really needs to be spread into the Muslim anti-war areas, please see the Korana of Mother Goddess, available on LuLu dot com, Amazon dot and on ebay (cheapest).

Good luck to all of you out there that is looking increase the peace and harmony in the world and not further eliminate it.

Lets see. The decisive blow in Iraq has now been struck about 50 times and as Rumsfeld promised in fall 2003, we can now bring the troops home! Some people are desperate too be suckers for buhie propaganda.
