Nov. 2, 2007, 10:40 p.m.That's the dumbest thing I have heard in a long time. Where do they find these freaks?
One of my co-workers lost custody of his two children to his meth using abusive wife who he was divorceing for cheating on him. He was clean, had a job, and had never abused them. Not only that, but the house they were living in belonged t his father, and the judge ordered that the father allow the ex wife and children to live there rent free until they turn 18. Which is 14 years from now. The judge who decided this. Cobb County Judge Robinson. Who even the police cannot stand. Some cops have told me that she is still mad at her husband wh left her in a bitter divorce.

Nov. 2, 2007, 10:50 p.m.This is one of those stories that just makes you cover your eyes and shake your head. It makes you wonder what other crap has gone on over time with this judge.
tanglang- I sure have to agree with you that some decisions are so off base, you would think that judges would leave their biases out of court but there are some bitter people out there and for some reason alot of them are people of power.

Nov. 2, 2007, 10:54 p.m.It is unfortunate, but a lot of judges get their jobs because of politicking and not because they are the most qualified. It really doesn't make a lot of sense.

Nov. 2, 2007, 10:59 p.m.Some judges should have their title "The Honorable" stripped from them, replaced with "Political Brown-nose".

Nov. 3, 2007, 4:56 a.m.There are many judges just as bad. And for the most part they are above the law.

Nov. 3, 2007, 6:53 a.m.I don't know had to flip a coin to figure it out. LOL. No woman to pull down her pants and show me her wound. I mean come on. What the hel* is wrong with this country. When you have judges who do not follow the very laws they are to uphold. I was reading about one in Orange County CA who told a couple of women defendants to have sex with him. Then he would drop the charges. One of the women was married and did it then complained. I mean these judges have to be held accountable. That judge was fired after the lawsuit. That is reprehensible. And judges from all parties do it.

Nov. 3, 2007, 9:06 a.m.We have those type of nut cases all over the place. After they get in the bench for a while they think they are exempt from everything. The Supreme Court don't look too pretty either.

Nov. 3, 2007, 9:40 a.m.Assuming the coin is evenly weighted, one has a 50-50 chance of winning in a coin toss. That sounds like better odds than going up AGAINST a biased judge who is a misogynist (woman hater), or thinks all men are evil.

Nov. 3, 2007, 12:22 p.m.Clinton liked the judge's style with women. Bush is too nice to appoint such a judge. Clinton screwed the country in more ways than one.

Nov. 3, 2007, 1:20 p.m.If you are a felon you deserve to go before the judges that reside on the current benches. Now if you attempt to go into a civil action, my advise, avoid at your own peril and wallet. Between the Lawyers and retired lawyers (Judges) you will get the shafted in the end.
Remember Lady Justice is telling you that before you enter the court room, she's blindfolded and that should give you a clue.

Nov. 3, 2007, 5:24 p.m.Before reading the article, I thought it was a humourous story with a wrong title!! Where is the respect of the human? If this man is fed up with his job he must change....
