To claim such a right to be racist must come from a being whose victim's face must hide very dark primordial aggression and hatred of all others.

Not sure what you are referring to, but keep in mind that "moslem" clothing is very different in various parts of the world.
In hot mideastern countries, Arab men traditionally wore ankle length WOOL robes aswell as head coverings to isolate themselves from the heat and sun.
