      This is a bad idea, for a number of reasons. One reason being that we need water so much, driving the demand (and thus the price) up would cause much more damage than good. Another reason I think it's a bad idea is that the amount of fresh water available to many countries would put them at a large disadvantage economically if the concept ever caught on.

      Unless the engine could use salt water, straight from the ocean, I just don't think it would work out.
