Perfect timing for this article. Last night at a face-to-face social gathering, I promoted the idea of propelling. We had been talking about the billions of dollars political candidates spend collectively on getting their messages communicated. Not only is blogging a healthy way to interact, but it is a grass-roots, cost-effective approach to participating intelligently in our democratic process. Thanks for posting this article!

And thanks to those of you such as namecritic who has found the time to post interesting articles. I enjoy the input provided by others also. I regret not having the time to submit posts but am always grateful when someone else takes the time, I usually find my views mirrored in there some where.

MajJohn said, "It's a lot easier and takes less courage to address a group of like minded individuals than to expose yourself to the world."

With this logic then, I guess if a candidate did "expose himself to the world" known as Propeller, one could conclude he/she is not afraid of anything or anyone - i.e. he/she has enough confidence to express truths without fear of being blocked or reported. Wow - I would vote for someone like that!! :-)
