OsteoFitKit
Jan. 1, 2008, 5:29 p.m.Lying supine with low back on a ball grasp the handles with a neutral grip, arms flexed with the resistance held lateral to the chest. Knees should be flexed with feet flat on the ground in neutral position. Initiate the movement by flexing the trunk while flexing and horizontally adducting the shoulder and extending the arms. The ascent should be to full abdominal flexion. The arms should reach full extension and shoulders full adduction. Descend to the starting point in a controlled manner flexing the arms and extending and horizontally abducting the shoulders keeping the abdominals contracted.
