It is up to USFW to press charges, wonder what they will do??? If they don't file charges then they are negligent in their responsibility to protect these birds.

    Me to, that tells me that they will not do any investigating or fining unless there is a public out cry.
    Sad isn't it.
    i doubt this is a first time thing, it is probably the first time for so many to be involved and some one caught it.
