We assess with high confidence that Iran has the scientific, technical and industrial capacity eventually to produce nuclear weapons if it decides to do so.
The only real problem Iran or anyone else needs to over come is getting the highly-enriched fissile material.
They have the "technical and industrial capacity" to build a bomb
They have a missile with a range of 2,000km
Luckily they don't have nuke fuel
