There is high level corruption in the US government involving Turkey and Israel. Many officials involved are neocons who cooked the books to rush to war against Iraq and who continue to urge more wars in the Mid-East, most notably against Iran and Syria. Several of them are close allies of leading GOP presidential candidate John McCain.
