The White House line: Yes, we did it, but only to three chief terrorists, and only when we thought the nation was in imminent danger. We got life-saving information in return. And so we'd do it again in similar circumstances.

    The Constitution does not exist outside the USA. The UN does not seem to condemn the action of terrorist, but goes out of it's way to condemn the USA. Congress will not pass a law against waterboarding. So this is another Washington Post article of why they hate All Things Bush.
