I would have never expected to feel a note of sympathy for Rush Limbaugh, but on this particular rant of his, I can connect. No, I don't run Leopard. My son does. But having bumped to frustrating faults in operating systems before, and knowing how hard it is to get any real help from service reps, I'm right there with Rush on this one.

As an avid Apple fan and Mac user I'll say that all my dealings with the Apple reps have been good. Their support has always been above and beyond everyone else's. I know Rush has been a Mac user for some time. I'm sure Steve Jobs will do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.

Rush wonders "WWJD?" Wwat Would Jobs Do?

In addition to his "one should never jump on the leading edge of a new system upgrade" dillema - Rush's problem is probably PIC (person in chair)
