I just started taking Lipozene today although I bought it several months ago. I hope it works for me. I'll let you know if it does. I've read about the ingredient (don't have my glasses available right so I can't say what it is) that they make this from and it seems fairly innocuous to me. Of course, to lose weight you have eat differently and if you eat differently you will lose weight. I was looking for instant gratification, a quick fix. There is no quick fix. http://www.liposene.net
