which is what happens in EVERY war..you make it up as you go..war plans only last as long as the moment you meet the enemy..they have plans of their own which require new strategies..or as this article unkindly describes it..making it up as we go along..sort of like d-day.....just more anti-american nonsense from populist

If the people running the "war on terror" have to make things up as they go along, that means they don't know what they are doing and need to be fired.
And another professional(as opposed to those amateurs)says that torture doesn't work.
