March 2, 2008, 8:13 p.m.Let's see...Force banks and lenders to make loans to people that have no hope of being able to re-pay the load nor able to keep the house going. Then threaten the lenders if they try to enforce the contract. Yep..Sounds like Cleveland people will play hell ever getting a loan to buy a house again. I haven't seen so much fun since Stokes was elected Mayor.
