March 1, 2008, 2:21 a.m.A brawl broke out later in the afternoon when Supreme Court fans, who like to call themselves "Supe-ies" ran into a group of Soupy Sales fans, who like to call themselves "Soup-ies". The Soupies insisted the Supeies change their nick name to "Preemies" while the Supeies counter charged that the Soupies should change THEIR nick name to "Saleies". The confrontation was little more than a shouting match until Judge Scalia entered the room swinging his gavel over his head and shouting "Let's get it onnn!" at which point a full scale riot ensued.

March 1, 2008, 9:23 a.m.During the ensuing riot, a splinter group known as the "Bork" put on red wigs and phony red beards and could be heard chanting "we are Bork, you will be assimilated, resistance is futile". It has been reported that Justice Ginsberg has gone into hiding. Scalia and Thomas could not comment due to uncontrollable laughter. Thomas actually wet himself and had to be ushered back to his chambers for a quick change.

March 1, 2008, 12:33 p.m.I think I realized why judges wear those long black robes...it's to hide they're tails.

March 1, 2008, 12:36 p.m.My objection to the whole affair was that the prize limited the winner to commenting on Marbury vs. Madison. I tell ya, if I'm the winner, the Supremes had better sit back and take a listen. First of all, I want to deliver it myself. I don't think Roberts could do my words justice (no pun intended). In addition, I feel that I should have the right to have a back-up band for the festivities. And costumes for everyone. Wait until you see Alito and Scalia in drag. Sequined eyebrows for those boys. Ruth Bader Ginsberg as the dominatrix. If you think the Supremes were popular before, wait until I get through with 'em.
All I need now is to win the prize.

March 1, 2008, 6:37 p.m.I heard they all had Bush dolls, and were heard to be chanting 4 more years.
Trying to get the justices to overturn the law of the land for Bush. They have faith based on the past performance of the court in these matters.
Good one ind06
