Posted by: zaph22 1 year, 10 months agoFor far too long I've sat idly by, twiddling my thumbs and respecting the right of others to form thoughts and opinions independent of my own, and I can't take it anymore...

LOL

March 2, 2008, 9:28 p.m.Great submit Zaph! I needed this today. And I must agree, if it's not my opinion, I don't want to hear it. Afterall, opinions are like a holes, everybody does have one, it's just that all of yours stink.

CRYMTYPHON
March 3, 2008, 12:23 p.m.I pity those who do not understand all; as I understand all (I am also telepathic so I see you doubting; don't make me do something*). As I sit here sipping fine wine, listening to Mozart, doing the Times puzzle upside down, in pen; I consider those who curl up in despair, retreating from the mere challenge of a world beyond comprehension.
The solution is simple.
Stop trying to comprehend.
Start pretending you comprehend.
Presented with complexities that require real knowledge? Nodd your head. Look thoughtful. Smile sadly as though you see a flaw you are too kind to mention. Smoke a pipe, wear sweaters with arm pads. Try muttering to yourself in German**.
People don't agree with you? Agree with them! This convinces them you are a genius! or else that you are mocking them. Either is fine.
And remember: CD cases, child-proof caps, and all electronic devices are subject to laws of force and inertia. Think ball-peen hammer.
* Yes I did mean you.
** don't do this in Germany.
