depends on the definition of `vacation`. lol huh.
By vacation do you mean returning to their constituents and discussing issues, learning their needs, etc?
Or by vacation do you mean connecting fence posts instead of dire-terror-warning dots?

He was really setting the record... then 911 happened.
Even when he is on the job we don't get much. His own texas biographer says he never works more than 4 hours a day anyway and his former Treasury Chief (O'Neil) says he loses his attntion span at about 15 minutes into a meeting and Cheeny has to take over!
