Chief Technology Officer and YouTube co-founder Steve Chen has said in an interview that the ever popular video sharing site has advanced plans to begin video streaming later this year.

    Excellent news.

    I wonder how much RAM is the ideal for smooth (uninterrupted) watching of a TV program. Is 1 Gig enough do you need 2 Gig ?

    On the other hand who will have privileges to upload. What the limitations in the Youtube side of the system?
