Ther should be a law that says when executives ask their employees to take pay and benefit cuts they should have to also. Not just token cuts either. They should match the workers sacrifices. Thiis is becoming a national disgrace when 100's of thousands of people are out of work and these executives are still pulling down million dollar salaries along with multi million dollars bonuses! If these executives are so good, why are the cmpanies in the shape they are in?

The year I got laid off because they sent a process overseas to Singapore, the CEO got a $900,000 INCREASE in his bonus. And the company got a tax break for the outsourcing. If they want workers to take cuts, they should take the cuts as well.
