I don't think any place should allow someone to lie about stuff like that. I mean if a woman or man is going to cheat, it shows what little respect they have for their partners. I mean with the age where various STDs run rampant, men paying for children that are not their's, and people murdering others over a broken heart, I think the truth needs to be out there so that the parties involved can make up their own minds as to how to handle the situation.

I've known of several women lying about adultery in court.
But then again I've know of several men doing the same thing.
So now in Italy it is legal for a female to lye under oath about an adulterous affair.
Does this 'legal courtesy' apply to the men also?
