No criminal charges will be filed against "NYPD Blue" star Esai Morales over allegations that he raped his ex-girlfriend, a prosecutor's office spokeswoman said Friday.

      What a bee-atch! If she was such a "victim" why does she continue to live with him? You can have consensual sex with you're partner, but the moment they are in a fit of anger, they report you to the police with falsified charges. They should arrest her instead!
