Virginia's Statute for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
Any person 18 years of age or older, including the parent of any child, who (i) willfully contributes to, encourages, or causes any act, omission, or condition which renders a child delinquent, in need of services, in need of supervision, or abused or neglected as defined in Â§ 16.1-228, or (ii) engages in consensual sexual intercourse with a child 15 or older not his spouse, child, or grandchild, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

The sexual offender list, the modern equivalent of the scarlet letter. How little we have advanced in 400 years. The irony is that the only sex crime for which offenders are not required to register is the only one for which the scarlet letter was mandated. Adultery not only can cause more trauma and destruction to a family than other sex crimes but the offenders are often multiple offenders.

If you rape a child or commit a rape you should be hung the FIRST time! If grope/fondle/frenchkiss a child you should get your ass beat then go to prison for 5 years.

They should be put on a sexual offenders list. French kissing is an act of intimacy between consenting adults (or teenagers). I wish she would have bit his tongue off.

I have never even thought of something like this! What sensible, sane adult would french kiss a child? Unbelievable!
