On Thursday, Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine released a report documenting continuing misuse of Patriot Act powers by the FBI. And to judge from the reaction in the country, nobody cares.

...such a state of giving in to the Bushies we are at... the Senatorial Repugs back Dumya's vetos.... the Supreme Court backs him... The Bush Department of Justice says Meirs and Bolten don't have to testify in spite of national security not being involved... the only hope lies in getting full Dem Control of the Senate and the White house, then impeaching some judges (scalia believes in torture too), fully investigating Dumya and then turning him over to the World Crimnal Court with all his neocon buddies (especially Cheney and Wolfowitz) for war crimes/crimes against humanity!
