Man Innocently Kills Cop During Drug Raid »

The intruders were from the Chesapeake Police Department. They had come to serve a drug warrant. Frederick's bullet struck Detective Jarrod Shivers in the side, killing him. Frederick was arrested and has spent the last six weeks in a Chesapeake jail.

This once democratic country is rapidly becoming a police state. We should be safe in our own homes from no knock warrants. If no emergency is occuring a simple knock on the door should be the norm.
If someone kicks my front door down in the middle of the night (s)he can expect to be greeted violently......

One cop already paid the ultimate price for the screwup. Reprimand the other and NIFONG that worthless prosecutor.
