"I come across people every day who sit in a chair and complain about everything from the cost of the Starbuck's coffee on thier desk, to how much gas they had to put in the Escalade yesterday."
--If you "come across" them, fine but if you seek them out, I'd be worried. In fact, I often come across people who, based on their limited experiences with an irresponsible friend, neighbor or family member, will generalize about all people who are poor or fall on hard times. More disturbing is that these same people seem perfectly willing to discount the benefits many wealthy people have which weren't based on their skills, education, or frugality.

Excellent comments. It's hard not to generalize.
Ever hear of the Four Agreements?
1. Always do your best.
2. Be impeccable with your word.
3. Don't make assumptions.
4. Don't take anything personally.
It's a battle everyday.
