April 7, 2008, 6:49 p.m.I've had a TV in my bedroom since college, and recently as I've started turning it off during the night, I've felt much much better in the mornings.

April 8, 2008, 1:27 a.m.I've always suspected that having a TV in the bedroom was kinda problematic. I do have one in my bedroom, but I rarely watch it. There's a better TV downstairs :)
I agree re: keeping it off at night. If I happen to fall asleep with the TV on, it's never a good sleep.
