I know loverman, i have been saying it's a scary situation for a while now, the cons are living in oblivion. It's going to be a rude awakening for a lot of people.

Years ago I predicted these events would transpire. My wife was reminding me the other day how I had said that the day would come that the fallacies of "trickle-down economics" would leave a lasting mark on our economy for years to come. That - combined with corporate welfare, NAFTA, and the Iraq War, the first losers had to me the poor and the middle class; but now the upper middle class, neocons, and republicans will soon be hit like never before. The pitfalls of classicism, elitism, and greed have come to roost.

Trickle down leaves a lasting effect only if you forget to wash your jeans, which many Republicans obviously forgot to do.

Even GHW Bush called it Voodoo economics and admitted it's failure. There is no example ANYWHERE in the world where it has worked.

Exactly how is this "trickle-down" economics?
