    I don't see a lifetime behind bars for these immature teens, but I could go with 1 year hard time, followed by 2-3 years in juvie, then another 3 on probation. And their parents...force them to go to some sort of counseling.

      Many delinquency programs do require some form of parental involvement, particularly if it involves family counseling.
