Yeah, this is pretty much what I expected to see from the administration today. More non-committal BS that makes a few statements without any plan behind it. I love how Bush brings up "intensity of emissions" again without regard to the increase in total emissions.
In my opinion, the trees that will be cut down to circulate the paper copies of the transcript of this statement are far more valuable than the statement itself.
